SOM professor, Dr. Stacy Blake-Beard, will lead a Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Network Roundtable on Networking for Results. In this session, Dr. Blake-Beard will present a framework to manage strategic networks and relationships both inside and outside organizations. Through the use of network-mapping, participants will analyze their networks and develop an action plan to “fill in the gaps” in a structured, systematic way. Ultimately, participants will create a plan to strategically expand their current network to achieve a stated goal.
