Change initiatives take many forms and may be the result of internal forces, such as change to an organization’s mission or operational structure, or external forces, such as a change in the industry or economy. Based on the latest research about women leading organizational change, this workshop will empower you to effectively lead through all phases of change. Expert Faculty
An experienced faculty member, consultant and researcher, Dr. Cynthia Ingols specializes in the ways individuals lead and negotiate their environments. Since 1981, Ingols has worked as an organizational consultant. She focuses her consulting work in three areas: developing interactive executive education programs, particularly using cases; coaching managers and executives to enhance their careers; and conducting organizational diagnostic work to promote innovation and creativity. Dr. Ingols’ research has been published in leading journals such as Harvard Business Review, Organizational Dynamics, Training and Design Manual Journal.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Cancellations received more than 30 days before the start of the program will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations received between 21 and 30 days prior to the program start receive a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations made within 20 days of the start of the program.
